Anxiety is an indicator that we’ve been disconnected from our bodies, getting distracted by the false stories our mind creates.

When we drop into our body and out of the mind, we stop believing our thoughts that tell us we can’t heal.

Rest To Manifest empowers you to unlock your potential and manifest the life of your dreams.

Offerings:

  • Community Events

Rest To Manifest

A way of being, a movement, and a community.

In a world that prizes doing over being, many of us have drifted away from our bodies, our intuition, and the natural ways we process life. Mental health challenges are higher than ever, making connection, support, and alignment more important than ever.

Rest To Manifest was created to help you restore your connection to your body and nervous system, so you can move through life with confidence, clarity, and fulfillment — all while being supported by a community of amazing women.

The Movement & Method

1. Rest

This is your choice — and it’s most likely why you’re here.

Rest is simply the ability to pause. Not to calm yourself. Not to fix or regulate. Just to stop long enough to notice what’s here.

For many people, this is the hardest step. We’re so used to moving, reacting, analyzing, or constantly working on ourselves that pausing can feel unfamiliar — or even unsafe. Yet without this pause, nothing else in the method can unfold. Rest is the moment you choose to turn toward your inner experience instead of away from it.

Practices may include: Choosing intentional pauses through movement or exercise, meditation, self-care, and investing in yourself through personal work, group coaching, or attending a workshop.

Why it matters: Rest creates space. And space is what allows regulation, release, and receiving to unfold naturally — in that order.

2. Regulate

You don’t heal through force — you heal through safety. We focus on calming the nervous system and building internal support so even your anxious, protective parts feel held.

Practices include: Nervous system regulating practices, breath work, grounding, co-regulation, and compassionate inner dialogue
Why it matters: Regulation creates the foundation for sustainable healing and allows your body to move out of survival and into balance.

3. Release

When the system feels safe, it naturally lets go. Release isn’t about reliving the past — it’s about allowing stored tension, fear, and outdated patterns to move through and out.

Practices include: Somatic therapy, parts work (IFS), EFT tapping, subconscious rewiring, and embodied expression
Why it matters: Releasing old survival responses and beliefs frees up energy, clarity, and emotional space for what’s next.

4. Receive

From a regulated, open body, you become available to receive — not by trying harder, but by allowing because you believe in yourself. Ease, pleasure, clarity, trust, and the life you’ve been calling in begin to meet you here. This is manifestation that’s lived in the body, not forced by the mind.

Practices include: Manifestation, goal-setting, visioning, identity integration, nervous system mastery, and aligned, intuitive action.

Why it matters: Receiving shifts you out of striving and into wholeness. From this place, confidence feels natural, joy feels safe, and deep self-trust becomes the way you move through life

This is the moment you stop striving and start living. Rested, open, and powerful — you are ready to receive the life you were always meant for.
